I went to Dr. DU’s office for several times since my daughter had myopia. My experience is not that bad as some reviews suggested. The front desk is always busy but still can get things done. The waiting time is long especially for those walk-in patients. I always make an appointment and the waiting time is reasonable for me. The doctors we visited were nice and patient. My daughter gets her contact lenses from there.

brought my 2 year old there because she has crossed eyes sometimes. Doc said there's nothing she could do about it.

The male doctor is very perfunctory and unprofessional ! Don’t go for him !

The attitude was extremely bad. I took my child there and had to wait for two hours. We couldn't even leave. Terrible, terrible, terrible. Try to find another ophthalmology clinic. This is the worst ophthalmology service in Queens.

Don’t go to this doctor, he is very unprofessional. He said I need cataract surgery, the doctor I saw today said I am a long way off from surgery. I have an issue with my eye that this doctor prescribed an eye drop that I can use for one year, a search for the medicine states it shouldn’t be used for more than 3 weeks.
