I went today on a Sunday morning after a last min decision to treat my ingrown nail after a week of suffering and multiple visits to urgent care with no solution. The receptionists are friendly and cheerful which lighten up the situation. I was in intense pain but I feel calm in the clinic, possibly due to the bright lighting and friendly people. I want to commend Dr Chang for his great work to help remove the toe nail. He was extremely professional and explained all the steps in details while giving multiple reassurances that I will be fine. Anyone who needs foot care should absolutely visit this place but I hope I do not need to visit again for the same problem 😆

It is very clear that he truly enjoys what he does and values being a foot doctor. He takes the time to explain things and answers questions thoroughly, which makes a huge difference as a patient seeking care. It is also easy to get an appointment, and the office staff is consistently helpful and professional. I especially appreciate that they are easily reachable by text. I actually go out of my way to see Dr. Chang for my treatment because I completely trust his care and judgment.

I’ve visited Dr. Chang before and had a great experience, but this time I brought my dad in after he fell and missed a step. he could barely walk. The doctor was extremely professional and knowledgeable throughout the entire visit. He clearly explained my dad’s condition and gave us two treatment options, making sure we understood everything. What really stood out was how proactive he was, he helped us schedule an appointment with a surgeon right away, which gave us so much peace of mind during a stressful situation. I also want to mention that his office staff are very helpful and polite, which made the entire experience even better. I truly appreciate his efficiency and dedication. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy and experienced podiatrist.
