Tried this new Fuzhou-style eatery a couple of days ago. Like most Fuzhou restaurants, you order and pay at the counter first, then take a seat while waiting for your food. The flavors were okay—authentic and satisfying—but not the most outstanding I’ve had. If you’re craving traditional Fuzhou snacks, it’s a decent option, though there might be better spots around.
