Very poor customer service. I called their number and wanted to buy an herb from 357 miles away. They don't pick up phone, and it is ringed for a while, then right after I hung up the phone, the 2 text message sent to me, one is the link of their website; another is to tell me go to website to buy stuff. That means don't call us and bother us. It seems that they are not really care about their business.
