Holly was recommended by a friend, and I connected her with my in-laws when they visited NYC. Holly was extremely knowledgeable about all the bi-lingual (中文+English）tours on the East Coast and provided tailored solutions to my in-laws for their three separate tours. She was very transparent and candid about the top things to do on each tour and what was unnecessary based on my in-laws' previous traveling experience. On top of that, she was able to provide other solutions to my in-laws including where to get a temporary phone and things to see by themselves in Brooklyn. My in-laws spoke highly about Holly and the tours she recommended.
