First time mailed a package to China in May 12, package stuck at custom since end of May till now 8/26. No answer from the company. Can’t reach customer service by phone/email. No response at all. Definitely not a service I will use.
Tracking show shipment being in custom clearance since 8/1. Multiple attempts of phone calls email to this company with no response. Do not use this company.
Almost one month still not receiving .to bad
