很差的寄货体验，东西寄没了，客服还骗人，接着就开始不接电话，不回微信，大家千万别相信他们，不要在这里寄！

Extremely disappointing experience: 1. The owner has told the package will arrive within 1 month before I shipped my packages with them. Now it's been over one and half month and it's still not there yet and no estimates. 2. When I inquired with the owner what's going on with the packages I shipped previously, they straight up ignored me on Wechat, and after I inquired for a few times no response, they straight up blocked me :) I have never seen worse customer service and how they treat their previous customers and potential future customer with such disrespect. **** Update **** It's been Two months since my packages were shipped out, and they still have not been delivered. At this point I will have to assume the packages have gotten lost and thousands of dollars of goods and products are gone. ** THERE WAS NO PHONE NUMBER PROVIDED BEFORE OWNER BLOCKED THEIR PREVIOUS CUSTOMER ** Use their service at your own risk.

垃圾，换老板了，搬到55街了，前面那女的什么都不懂，态度又差，打包都不会。 打了几次电话都解决不了，人还要跑好几趟。 大家千万别去

兄弟姐妹们千万不要去这个快递公司寄。效率慢售后服务差，2022年7月份寄的快递查显示9月份还卡在海关，婴儿奶粉也是，婴儿奶粉是分阶段，国内婴儿没奶粉。现在都2023年1月份，给电话让快递公司跟进，话都没说完就挂顾客电话，微信客服问也是敷衍了事，不说原因就回复嗯……从没试过这样的快递公司，做生意也不是这样做。垃圾公司，谁去谁后悔。
