121 Master Hong Noodle House 洪面道 (Flushing)

Had a great meal at Hong Mian Dao in Flushing. The hand-pulled noodles were fresh and perfectly chewy — you can really tell they’re handmade. The beef noodle soup had a rich, comforting broth without being too salty, and the beef was tender and generous. We also tried the mushroom chicken corn dumplings, which were juicy and well-balanced in flavor. The braised pork over rice was slightly sweet and very comforting, perfect with the sauce mixed into the rice. Each dish even came with a bottle of water and a small side dish, which was a nice touch and not something you see often anymore. Clean space, quick service, and solid comfort food. Will definitely be back.

Came here a few times from too good to go and really liked their food here. It's a small menu but the braise beef soup broth feels homey and i'm a fan if their meat & potatoes which is milder for those that can't handle spice. They make their noodles from scratch so it has a nice chew to it when its fresh. The staff here is super nice and speaks english really well. A great place to try when you're feeling slightly adventurous but not want to try anything too crazy.

Found this handmade noodle spot downstairs at 99 Ranch—Flushing really never disappoints 🥹 Came in starving after work and ordered more than planned… no regrets. Portions are very generous! The braised pork rice bowl was packed with pork and super satisfying. The Qiao Jiao beef noodle soup was surprisingly flavorful even without spice, and the handmade spinach noodles were bouncy and chewy—I finished the entire bowl of soup. The mushroom, chicken & corn dumplings were fresh, light, and easy to keep eating. Overall: big portions, handmade noodles are a huge plus, and you won’t leave hungry. Flushing really knows how to hide gems like this

I went to the market specifically to eat in thr basement and this shop is right by the escalator down. I saw a women preparing their fresh noodles and had to get something. I decided on the braised pork and what I got looked exactly like the picture in the menu. You can taste the freshness and the care in everybite. A very delisious meal with high quality pork that almost melts in your mouth. The pickled bamboo hearts(?) and daikon were very good especially with the chilli oil. If you like pork this dish is the place to go when youre in flushing 99 ranch. Next time I'm going to try their fresh noodles and dumplings.

The staff are very friendly and welcoming here. The food tastes delicious and the value is great too. I would definitely come back and this is a great lunch/dinner spot.
