I've been coming here for over a year now and I appreciate how friendly and professional Dr. Chen and the staff are as they answer all my questions and make me feel relaxed. I was nervous the first time coming here due to not seeing a dentist in a while but I felt great after the appointment and am happy to keep coming here. The dental hygienist David is also a master at his art and leaves my teeth feeling amazing.

I had a great experience with Dr. Nguyen and her team. Dr. Nguyen is extremely professional, gentle, and genuinely caring. Throughout the entire procedure she kept checking in to make sure I was comfortable and doing okay, which I really appreciated. It made what could have been a stressful visit feel much easier. I’m very happy with the care I received and the attention to detail she showed. You can tell she truly cares about her patients. Michelle was incredibly helpful with scheduling and made sure everything went smoothly. She took the time to answer my questions and made sure all my needs were met. Overall, a wonderful experience. I highly recommend Dr. Nguyen and her team!

Dr Nguyen was great!!! Loved the whole team here. Not only was the treatment quality itself good, they were really patient and helpful in explaining my insurance options. If you live in LIC and you want to find a dentist within walking distance, they're a perfect choice.

By far the most gentle, thorough and fast, cleaning I’ve received. Dr. Nguyen did an amazing job and answering any questions or concerns I had. Good bedside manners. I have been to many daunting dental visits due to braces at other dental offices and by far Jackson Ave Dental are the most genuine with their dental care. Not only that, I don’t have to wait long period of time in the reception, and their staff are kind and amicable. I will come back to get my dental care needs. :) Thank you Jackson Ave Dental!

This was my first visit to this dental office, and unfortunately it was a disappointing experience from start to finish. The office was extremely cold on an already cold day, with no heat. I was visibly trembling and honestly should have walked out. I was surprised when the doctor introduced herself and performed the dental cleaning. In my experience, cleanings are typically done by a dental hygienist. While I initially thought this might be acceptable given that she is a board-certified dentist, the cleaning felt rushed and incomplete. My teeth did not feel thoroughly cleaned at all. What makes this especially frustrating is that this visit used one of my two annual insurance-covered cleanings. Now I have to wait another six months for my next covered cleaning, which feels like a complete waste. I will not be returning and do not recommend this office.
