14th Street Y Preschool

Amazing preschool, I feel so lucky we found the 14Y for our boys. Caring staff, safe environment, awesome activities (kids 3+ swim as part of the curriculum!), and my sons have thrived in every way! Could not recommend this preschool enough.

Our son had such a warm, loving foundation at the 14th Street Y preschool. What a caring community. High quality teachers, amazing values of play and letting the child lead, excellent arts, swim instruction woven into the day, Jewish values, and even support for parents and children from the loveliest social workers. The entire staff and community were very nurturing. As parents, we felt relaxed knowing our child was in a safe and loving environment. Also, we really loved the many spaces that the 14Y provided—the gymnasium and outdoor roof for gross motor play, the pool, and the music/movement rooms. Highly recommend!

We cannot recommend the 14th Street Y Preschool enough. The education & support that they provide to the children, as well as to the families as a whole, is incredible. They became like family. Many of the other families became our long term friends. We loved the diversity, warmth & energy. It’s an amazing community that you don’t want to leave upon graduation.
