They quickly identified the problem and fixed it skillfully. This company is the Real Star, the real 24/7 plumbing service provider. My boil heater broke down a couple of days ago, so I asked someone from their company to come fix it. But the guy they sent messed around—he insisted we repair a lot of things that weren’t even broken, and also wanted to clean our chimney flue. The flue was actually perfectly clean! And very expensive.On top of that, he had a terrible attitude. He spent a whole day fixing it, but the next day the plumbing broke again—he didn’t fix it properly at all. When I told him, he refused to come back and even told us never to call him again. Can you believe this kind of service? It’s absolutely awful. I’ll never hire them to fix my boiler heater again.
