The coffee tasted really good and the service was great. I’m pretty picky with my lattes, but I actually enjoyed this one!
This was the best cafe I've tried in a long time. The iced tiramisu latte and spicy tuna wrap were both delicious, and the staff was also very nice. Nice place to get work done. Will definitely be coming back soon.
Perfect place to be during golden hour 💕 The croffle was good, enough to split between two, maybe even three people. Thanks to the nice man at the counter for warning us 💯 The Dalgona coffee, also good, I’d recommend it to non-coffee lovers because it’s sweet and visually just so nice. Like the dry, crackly texture of the cookie sunk into espresso drooling through oat milk 🤌 chef’s kiss
Tried out 2 of their specialty drinks and ngl it didn’t taste good, Especially the orange bianco. It’s the type of taste where someone can absolutely love it or absolutely hate it. For me, it’s more of the latter situation. I think to best describe the taste it’s like eating an orange while drinking espresso. The sugar chump (not sure what it’s called) had a very interesting crunchy texture and very burnt taste. The staff said it was made of sugar and baking soda. Nice for snacking if it tasted less burnt
I’m writing to share a very disappointing experience I had at your coffee shop. I ordered an iced matcha latte that cost $8.70 which is already on the expensive side. Unfortunately, it was genuinely undrinkable — extremely bitter and unpleasant. I took one sip and knew I couldn’t finish it. I politely asked if it was possible to switch to a different drink. The barista handled the situation professionally and kindly agreed to make another drink. I appreciated that and thought the issue was resolved. However, about a minute later, the female owner came out and confronted me, saying that if the matcha latte tasted bad, I should have “added more syrup to make it sweeter,” and that switching to a different drink meant I had to pay again. I was honestly shocked. Telling a customer that it’s their responsibility to fix a poorly made $8 drink by adding syrup is unacceptable. Even worse, reversing your own employee’s reasonable decision and putting the blame on the customer shows a serious lack of professionalism. At that point, I was too uncomfortable to argue further, so I paid and left — but I will never return. Bad drinks can happen. What matters is how a business handles them. In this case, poor management completely ruined what could have been a simple, fair resolution. I hope you reconsider how you treat customers in situations like this, because this experience alone is enough to make sure I won’t recommend this place to anyone. Regards, E.Bae
