I've been buying appliances from here for over a decade. They have reasonable prices and no delivery fee which saves me a lot of money. Sometimes they have good sales on 5 burner stoves so I buy them for my tenants. It's cheaper here than buying from Home Depot. They also remove my old appliances for a small fee. I also introduced my clients to use them as well and they are very happy with their service bc 18th Ave Electronics had the inventory when other suppliers didn't have any in stock.

took my deposit of $100, delivery appointment at 6pm, tell me the product was not available two hours after the delivery appointment when I call. I advise everyone to avoid buying anything or doing any business with this company. Everyone who works in the store is a joke. This is what happen when you do business with the Chinese, they give you a cheap price but can't deliver, has no remorse for wasting people's time.

Bought a washer and dryer, both did not work right out of the package, had to do a refund threw samsung because when I called them they just did not answer me or give a straight answer. Refund process threw samsung took more then 6 months to get SOME of the money back. After I get the refund check I now have to find a way to dispose of this 200 pound machine taking up space in my house myself. Thanks Good Deals!

I wish I could give a -1 star. My landlord purchased a stove 3 weeks ago from here. Avanti. The oven is over 100 degrees off (less). I called and they told me they don't give any warranty (stores give you 30 days). They said I need to call the manufacturer. Sadly, I have a landlord who will not bother helping me. Don't risk it!!!

Horrible service. I was looking for a new fridge.. I checked every big retailer and decided to check here too. Front of the store I saw the guys loading appliances into the trucks but how they did it , I would not want that. Whatever I looked around but nobody tried to help me, even they watched all my steps not to steal something. When I was about to leave 1 guy approached me to ask what do I want. After I saw prices and they told me there is no warranty on anything I decided to leave. At least I know, I should never ever go here.
