The staff was very friendly and the dentist was very very gentle with me. He even said sorry when he poked my gums too hard. Sounds ridiculous but I've honestly never encountered that kind of empathy at a dental office. He gave me excellent advice and I look forward to following up with him.

Local, no-frills, dentistry office. The waiting room was basic but the medical room was very clean and technologically up-to-date. My doctor was efficient and provided great information. If you don’t mind a longer wait, it’s a great local option! I will return.

The dental work is not bad and the dentist gets the job done. But the dental office could really work on honoring appointment times especially when it is extremely difficult to get an appointment. For some necessary recurring visits; it could take a month and a half for your next appointment. Previous times and today, I would get here 10-15 minutes early before my scheduled appointment time but I usually won’t be seen until 45+ minutes after my appointment. Ex: My appointment is at 12 pm, I get here at 11:45am and right now it’s 12:39pm as I type this. There are patients in the waiting area that appointment times at 11am but are still in queue. It seems as this office has lots of patients so I would not recommend coming here unless you have time to spare for 2+ hours to wait including your procedure time. Good luck. Update: It is 1:09pm, still not seen yet. Also, the receptionist has a poor temperament directed to patients, could be due to understaff circumstances. Update again: seen at 1:35pm!

They have really good nurses, polite and kind. BUT the dentists are bad, they can’t even clean teeth properly, always rush to kick people out. All four locations are the same! The four locations can’t even share data, so if you go to one, they ask you to stay in the same place, but the dentists rotate between the offices. I regret getting my braces with them, the result was not perfect but it took me 3 years while the dentist told me 9 months would be fine. Will never use their services again.

This office is very unprofessional my sister keeps going back for the same tooth they tell her the tooth can’t be save so they have to remove it then they tell her it can be save then when it comes to approval then can’t do their job well we still waiting for insurance to approve something when they have no record of no X-ray being sent. There no need for their front desk to hang up there phone on me while I’m trying to get things done for my sister.. so you mean to tell me your front desk staff doesn’t know how to handle patient that are angry and upset because something not done, my insurance company has no record of any X-rays regarding my sister teeth, this is very upsetting that I have to keep calling this office back to do their jobs right, My sister is in pain everyday and that what makes me upset so because I’m anger and getting an attitude that gives your staff the right to yell over the phone like if their the patient and then hang the phone up and act like it not going be an issue… DO YA JOBS RIGHT AND THEN MAYBE YA WOULDN’T HAVE PATIENT ANGER AND UPSET AND WHOEVER I SPOKE TO ON THE PHONE WHEN I ASKED FOR AN MANAGER NUMBER AND ASK WHEN A MANAGEMENT WILL BE IN YOU HANG UP THE PHONE SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRE CAUSE YOUR FRONT DESK STAFF DON’T KNOW HOW TO HANDLE UPSET PATIENT
