1915 兰州牛肉面

Small hole in the wall spot for authentic Chinese hand pulled noodles, dry bowls + soups. The service was great! Our server was so attentive and kind and made sure we were good the entire time. Came here with a friend for our annual ramen (or soup) date and got the braised beef noodles and hot and spicy noodles (which were VERY spicy but I was warned beforehand). Everything was delicious, we left the place stuffed! Very affordable and large portions, would def recommend and return!

The line gets pretty busy on a weeknight due to the small size of the restaurant, no line around 6 but by 6:30 would be about 6-8ppl long. However, the food comes out fast and they cycle out their patrons quickly without feeling rushed while dining. In fact, I was seated before my partner joined me (which I was surprised about). I decided I was going to order without him so I didn’t further delay their operations and our server kindly said, “it’s ok to wait 5 more min. The food is best enjoyed hot!” I was really touched by that reassurance that it tremendous impacted my experience!! There is a clear window to see the workers make the noodles in-house. The wonderful smells of the food permeates the whole room. Spicy wontons (4/5): Although delicious, it was not something to write home about. Tasted homemade. Delicious chili oil mix. Signature Lanzhou Beef Noodles (5/5): The beef broth was super flavorful, not too spicy, and the noodles were perfect. The beef pieces were tender. Dry Beef Noodle (5/5): Be sure to mix up the sauce that collects on the bottom. Noodles were yet again perfect and seasoned wonderfully. Beef slices are thin but tender. Definitely coming back to try the other dishes!!

The food was so delicious. I went for a solo walk in. The service was fantastic. I felt so welcomed and appreciated. Benjamin was truly so helpful and made the experience 1000% times better than I expected. I had the braised beef soup, pork fried buns, and dumplings in chili oil. Everything was delicious. It was worth the trip. I already can’t wait to come back. Thank you so much!

If I could give this place 1000 stars I would. My GOD! If you are a noodle 🍜 lover you have to visit this cute little place. ♥️👌🏻 The service is 100 the food is 100 and the noodles are just MINDBLOWING! 🤯. We had the: special dry pork noodle 🍜 , the Handmade braised beef noodles; the pork dumplings and the pan fried noodles! I have no words because i normally don’t eat much and had to stop to write this review. The flavor is so fresh and good i can’t even describe it. Come to this place if you want great food and amazing service 🤗👌🏻👏🏻

So on this autumn evening I ate fried wontons wanted a quick snack ; that interestingly the whole day I was looking for which was dumplings and it wasn’t until I had the food in my hands taking it out the bag that I noticed that I still didn’t get the dumplings with that being said I have to go back ; when it came to ordering the food ; it was packed every seat filled inside ; The customers eating seemed very happy and talkative which was strange and refreshing because it was seatings but not too big . Anyways it was kind customer service big smiles looked family owned ; making dough visibly ; the wait was quit ; which I was concerned of ; awhile ; waiting outside it was handed to me at the door . It smelled good , and the taste was incredible. Completely shocked. The pickled ingredients and chili sauce amazing . Will be back and recommending the wontons indeed for now and everything you saw in that picture for what it’s worth the taste there was very unique
