I am writing this review from my spacious new apartment that I was able to get thanks to Charles defiantly. He was very helpful in accommodating my work schedule and he was able meet with me after hours and on the weekends, and when we met he only showed me apartments that were in my price range with the features that I wanted. I am very thankful for his help and making my search for an apartment a breeze! and I would defiantly recommend 1st Premier Realty Network and Charles defiantly to anyone.

Dealt with Charles 8yrs ago when i moved into Bay Ridge. He was quick and prompt got me my current apt in no time. I will bee seeing him soon ,time to buy a home.

Horrible horrible horrible - dealt with Charles - does not care about your time - refuses to give general idea of where the apartment are located- l understand not the exact idea but give me cross streets. This man cares nothing about the client and would prefer to walk 10 blocks then move his car from his parking spot knowing some people are on a time crunch and have very busy hectic schedules. O and do not go with a friend or family member he will ask you 20 times who the apartment is for and to make sure no one else is going to live with you. Never had such a horrific experience with a broker!!!

1st Premier cold called me to ask if I had any apartments for rent. Coincidently I did and permitted them to show my apartment while out of the country for a few weeks. My current tenant agreed to give them access to showings. After 2 weeks, they asked if they could show the apartment. I let them know I was out of the country and for the 2nd time, gave them my tenant’s contact info. A week goes by and they contact me to see if I had an apartment for rent…are you kidding me? My tenant said in the month I was away, they didn’t contact her even once to show it so I lost a month of rental income. 6 weeks later, I get a call to ask if I still had an apartment to rent. I recapped the entire story and loss of a month’s rental income and the excuse was that “Charles is very busy”. UNACCEPTABLE!

Worst experience ever dealing with 1st Premier realty. We dealt with a broker who calls himself Adam. For our first appointment, he showed hungover with alcohol on his breath. He reluctantly showed us two apartments and used his typical broker tricks to get us sign a lease quickly as if those were the last two apts in Brooklyn. He was extremely rude to us. If you are looking for a "professional" agency to find you a place to rent, please look some where else.
