I had an extremely disappointing experience with this dealership. The service was terrible, and the attitude of the staff was rude and unprofessional. They refused to honor the verbal promises they made, claiming that the commitments were not in the contract, even though they assured me of those terms before I made my purchase. I took the car home, and within less than two weeks, the engine light came on due to a fault. When I brought this up, they were always defensive, completely ignoring my consumer rights. It felt like they were trying to mislead me into signing the contract, with little to no transparency about the actual fees. They rushed me to sign the contract and then added extra charges at the last minute, claiming these were "administration fees" and "broker fees," but none of this was clearly disclosed earlier. Their so-called "lowest interest rates" are a complete scam. Not only do they charge ridiculous intermediary and commission fees, but they also play numbers games to make the deal seem better than it actually is. I honestly don’t know how this dealership has stayed in business for so long. I’ve already reported their practices to the relevant authorities, and I will continue to share my experience with others to warn them.
