I’ve been coming here for about two years now. My girl is Maria, she gives service like no other and has a great attention to detail. Plus she handles my pickiness very well. She’ll never complain or have an attitude if I want a little more filing or straightening. This time I got SNS with extensions and I’m in LOVE.

I had gel-x extensions done by Mayra! She was great and the nails came out perfectly. All the workers were friendly! Definitely recommend coming here.

I am not from Queens, but I went here, because it was closest to LGA, it was open late, and had great reviews. She cleaned the hell out of my toe nails, but as someone who frequently wears heels, I develop hard feet (I don't get pedicures often because the techs hurt me). Long story short, the woman was very nice, but she didn't do a good job. I asked for rounded nails, she gave me rounded AND flat. She charged me for gel, but didn't give me gel. She didn't fix my broken nail. It took her an hour to just take my polish off and put new acrylic on. On the positive side, this was a wonderfully friendly place. It's clean and modern. It's owned by a Mexican couple. I would give them another chance, if I were in the area. I would only go to the owner though. She ended up putting my polish on.

I visited this establishment back in April for a pedicure and manicure. The lady who did my toes was kind but when I asked them to do a simple line design they were unaware of how to do it. I showed them a picture for reference and then another woman had to step in to do the design for me. (I believe the owner of the store) she then proceeded to completely ruin my nails and made them look embarrassingly ugly. Me not wanting to make anyone feel bad, was afraid to speak up. However when I finally did because it was my birthday the next day and I did not want to have my nails look like this, I got mean and nasty looks from the employees in the store. I told the woman who did them that I was sorry but they just didn’t look like the photo. She proceeded to give me a horrible attitude and when she was taking the gels off with the machine, I could tell she was angry because she kept hurting me with it and being rough. She then told me I would have to pay for this because they already did it which was completely fine with me because I just wanted to get out of there. However I had to pay almost 100 dollars because someone doesn’t know how to properly do nails and proceeded to be rude to their paying customers. Completely unprofessional and will not be returning PS: What I wanted on my nails vs what I got :/

Terrible manicures done, terrible customer service , overall terrible they made me feel so bad bc THEY messed up my nails ?? When I asked her to redo them bc I payed 30$ for it she said it was my fault bc I kept taking my hand in and out of the machine and charged me another 6$ for the removal, bc her definition it fixing is just filing my nail .... how is it my fault you paint outside my nail. Then got them redone and then look even worse and while I was getting them done they kept saying side comments and kept eyeing me the whole time. Weird. (Pink is the first time blue the second. ) 36$ gone down the drain.
