As soon as I walked in the door I was amazed at how clean and beautiful this nail salon is. Everybody was so nice from the moment I stepped foot into the salon. Angie did my nails and I can’t begin to explain how amazing her work is down to every little detail. I showed her a picture of the design I wanted and she matched it PERFECTLY. The manager came over to check up on me she was so sweet. I will most definitely be coming back.

I look forward to my appointments with my nail tech, Marlene! I always walk away excited to show off my new BIAB Manicure set. The salon is easy to get to by the 7 train. The salon is well designed and clean and the owners are friendly and make you feel welcomed. Plus, they also offer refreshments with your service - cheers!

I was in the area and called in, they took us as a walk in and we were able to get pedicures at the same time. Everyone was nice , service was quick and friendly. Marlene and Frank did our pedicures . The owner/manager offered and made us coffee during our pedicures . If I’m ever in the area again I will return to this salon. I love that it’s spacious, clean, and modern. For a male pedicure with no polish-just buff & a gel pedicure with no design , my total was $110. Recommendations for improvement: -if there is an upcharge for a certain brand of polish, inform customer before hand. -coat hooks would be convenient -personally I love massage chairs. Their chairs are very nice, stylish chairs but don’t massage and didn’t seem to be adjustable

Melissa consistently delivers an exceptional service! She takes great care of my nails and has successfully helped me grow them out using builder gel. Her meticulous attention to detail and ability to bring my vision to life is truly remarkable. She is simply the best! 💝

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience warrants one. The first time I visited, there was a long wait and the prices were already high. I chose to stay only because I try to give establishments grace, and I will say the ambiance is pretty. Unfortunately, that is where the positives end. The customer service, excessive cost of products, and overall disrespect are intolerable. Prior to arriving, I had a direct agreement with the nail technician via Instagram to do my nails. I was also told by the front desk that I could walk in at 2:00 PM. However, when I arrived, I was suddenly told they could not honor it because I did not leave a card on file. This was confusing and frustrating, especially since I had already communicated directly with the tech beforehand. To make matters worse, the woman at the front desk was rude, belittling, and smirking throughout the interaction. There was no attempt to resolve the situation professionally or respectfully. The lack of accountability and basic customer care was very disappointing. If you’re looking for a better experience, Michele Nails Spa down the road on Roosevelt  ave  has a prettier atmosphere and genuinely kind, professional staff. The difference in energy and customer service is immediate and noticeable. Avoid 4 Nails & Beauty and go to Michele Nails Spa instead. You’ll feel the shift instantly—something this establishment clearly lacks.
