Terrible service for UPS access point. I don’t know why UPS works with them?

They don’t allow you to pick up ups until 10 but they open at 9. Ridiculous.

I have quite history coming here but let me tell you, once you make enemies with Luis you are certainly not welcomed. I can’t rate for their quality of merchant but I’m rating the 1 based on the UPS Point Access service. He made it clear if I don’t like the service I can go somewhere else (Of course, that’s what he wants) I went in for 3 packages. One arrived last week past the 7 days. He said in Spanish “We can’t hold more than 5 days” and I understood I left with two packages. Then I saw the one that was more than 5 days I received but not the one that was delivered 3 days ago. I go back and he said it’s been more than 5 days and I said “You scan the one that you had since last week not the recent one” Then he said “it had no name” Very machismo behavior, he can’t apologize but “he’s right” Although I was trying to show him and was not coming off upset just wanted to show him, he was just not interested and said to find business elsewhere if I didn’t like it, which is understandable because he can’t let go of something that happened years ago. Years ago: (pre pandemic) I gave him my name and because of language barrier he couldn’t say my name instead of saying oh sorry he said I gave him a different name. Very silly but he got what he wanted, I rather go elsewhere And I see they are not the best at UPS Access Point responsibilities, I do think it’s very convenient for the community but it’s too much for them to handle. Side note: UPS told me they can’t hold a package more than 7 days not 5 days.

This place is listed as a ups access point but will not do anything to help you send out your package..They will not print the label out, scan the label or anything. Even if you come with the label they refuse to tape it??...then they show you their erray of $3 tape🤣...seriously?...just another group of hicks trying to get over... their almost non existent "electronic" inventory even looks suspect...do yourself a favor and stay away from this place
