Located inside New York Food Court, this is perhaps where you find the best Taiwanese steak in Flushing. It’s also the loudest, the smokiest, the steamiest, and the most sizzling-est - perfect for that intense sizzle video haha. The Taiwanese style steak here is served on a hot cast iron platter and topped with broccoli, corn, an egg, and noodles. For sauces, there are 2 choices: black pepper sauce and mushroom sauce - we opted for the black pepper sauce. The $26 dish also comes with a side of salad with some mayo on top and a refreshing herbal drink. If you come to this food court, this is one of the stalls you will need to definitely try out before leaving. They have the best sizzling steak options, and I've been coming to this place for years when it was previously located in the same location of what is now Tangram. Prices have gone up through the years, but the food quality has pretty much remained the same. Just watch out for the splatter of sauce if you get too close, while your meal is still sizzling. The side salad and tea drink is the best complement for this steak entree. You can see the steam rise in the pics.

The business is doing well. The flavors are relatively light, and they offer a good variety. But subjectively speaking, I don’t particularly enjoy it — there’s nothing especially memorable about the taste. That said, objectively, there’s nothing really wrong with the place either

I’ve tried several dishes from this food court stall before, and most have been really good. However, this time the fried chicken leg was dry and unseasoned, and the rice was too moist and clumped together. The beef with rice dish, which was supposed to be a dry serving, was shown in the picture on top of the rice but actually arrived with soup—so it was served differently from what I expected.
