Looking for a new place can be a very long and exhausting process, but I was lucky enough to find Baton! He is courteous, professional, very responsive and has excellent people’s skills. At first, I couldn’t believe this place had perfect reviews but they definitely lived up to it. Baton is amazing. Super nice, super trustworthy, always professional and working in the interest of both parties during a rental negotiation. It is REALLY hard, if not impossible, to find trustworthy, intelligent, professional realtors in the predatory market of NYC realty but Baton and his team are an exception. I would recommend them to anyone, you can trust them to have your back and do the right thing. They’ll also find you an awesome apartment and if they can’t, they’ll be honest upfront. NYC is a really hard market to navigate especially for new comers who don't know it well. We spent wasted time, effort and money on searching for places before I met Baton and John.
