The cashier was extremely rude and impatient, repeatedly yelling at my mom. It made the entire experience very upsetting and unpleasant.

THEY SELL ROTTEN FOOD - I live a few blocks away, and I try my best to avoid this market. I bought char siu sauce there 6 months ago, it got my family sick. I was in a rush, bought some kimchee there, it got me very sick. The cashiers are extremely nasty, and they don't even give you a bag! The other Asian Supermarkets on 86th St. are pretty good, EXCEPT THIS ONE - Do yourself a favor, walk 50 ft away and spend your money in aa place that appreciates your business, this place doesn't.

all staff members are very rude. The cashiers don't speak English, and even when I try to communicate, their attitude is rude and dismissive. Customers waiting outside are also very rude. When moving items inside, they even ask me to move aside in a very impolite manner. The service is so poor that I no longer wish to shop here. We are not beggars; we are customers who come to support your business and deserve to be treated with basic respect. The owner and managers should properly train and discipline the staff.

I have been shopping at this supermarket for over three years, and this is the first time I have encountered a situation where the butcher informed me that they do not cut spare ribs. This was surprising, as the spare ribs have always been cut upon request. When I mentioned that I routinely have them cut into pieces and that I no longer wanted them if he could not do so, he proceeded to cut them but did so in a noticeably rough manner. He just throws the spare rib on the table roughly. He would’ve been eliminated from the business industry due to disrespectful services.

They mislabeled their prices and were overcharging. After that a "manager" started screaming at her loudly and conforted her aggressively which was totally out of line. He made a public scene out in the sidewalk. *Buyer BEWARE*
