the front desk is below average for service. the place is a little dirty, but the dentist is super nice. if everything is tidied up, it would be an easy 5 stars

You can only reach them before 10 am. Anytime after, they don't pick up. It's hard to get in touch. The wait in the afternoon is very long .. approx 2 hrs or more. Better to come here in the morning when they're hardly any patients but you still wait for the dentist to arrive.

Don’t waste your time coming here. I don’t know who the receptionists here are, but they are not well trained and will not want to answer the phone. A lady answered the phone then hung up on me immediately after. They are very unprofessional and I will be filing a complaint to the official board. They honestly think that you’re a bother to them. Very rude in general, you should treat everyone with respect the same way you would want respect from others.
