After facing rejection and dealing with terrible service while trying to get a K1 visa for my wife in China, this agency has been a complete contrast. They’ve been so much more helpful, making the entire process much easier, and they genuinely want to assist you every step of the way!

Professional friendly service, they have been in business for decades and one can be trusted. I went there for passport and travel visa application, and everything was taken care of no problem.

Please save yourself time, anger and specially your money. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! They charged around $600 for expedited passport renewal, after paying it they said that it doesn’t include the passport fee that you need to pay at USPS, they charged for fees that they didn’t do any job for it. A TOTAL SCAM! Please everyone avoid this place, I wish I saw the reviews before going there. I wish I could give a zero! Plus they give you an attitude! My mother went to ask about ticket prices and before being able to ask them, one of the agent said to her: don’t come to rush me for the passport if it haven’t pass a week yet… what kind of service is this?! No one was rushing her. I’m surprised this place haven’t shut down yet.

护照照片不好. They took bad passport photos. After two tries, they couldn't get it correct. One set of photos had intense red eye and the others were very shadowy. They're using outdated equipment. Then they refused to give me a full refund. They claimed my eyes were naturally red, as if I'm some kind of demon! Funniest, dumbest reason not to give a full refund ever. What dingbats!
