This store has a lot of variety, and you can find many useful items for cheap. However, the quality of some products can be very poor. I recently bought an ironing board for about $30, and the leg is already starting to snap at one point. The top is also made of wood, which doesn’t feel very sturdy. Because of that, I would recommend being careful with certain purchases here. For something like an ironing board, you might be better off ordering one online or buying it elsewhere.

This is now my fourth visit to NYC taking the Q70 from LGA to Jackson Heights, but the first time I have visited this shop. I love dollar stores, but unfortunately boring Dollar Tree stores dominate the space in metro Chicago. So when I visit NYC, I always enjoy discovering new discount stores. Unfortunately, I didn't feel very comfortable checking my suitcase right at the front door. Even though I got a tag, somebody could have walked off with it when the fella wasn't looking. As such, I hurried through and only looked at a few aisles. In any case, they have an incredible selection and some true bargains. October 2023 Update: No bargains here unless you're looking for stained used clothing. The people who work here are incredibly unfriendly and I didn't like the careless way the guy barely guarded my suitcase. But what really ticked me off is that their prices went way up. They had the nerve to charge more than the pre-marked retail price on Wise Potato Chips - really, give me a break. Manhattan has far better dollar stores and the rent there is much higher - I won't be back!

I HAD MY HEADPHONES ON AND I WALKED INTO THEIR STORES.FRONT AREA SINGING AND SHOPPING, I LITERALLY HAD NO INTERACTION WITH THEM.SO I WAS PROFILED AS A WHITE MALE AND NOT ALLOWED INTO THEIR STORE... IF I WAS PROFILED FOR WHAT I'M WEARING IF I WAS PROFILED FOR MY GENDER.IF I WAS PROFILED FOR MY NATIONALITY, IF I WAS PROFILED, BECAUSE THEY JUST DIDN'T LIKE THE WAY.I LOOKED IT'S FINE AND THEY HAVE THE RIGHT TO DO THAT, BUT I ALSO HAVE THE RIGHT TO MAKE IT KNOWN THAT THIS IS AN EXTRAORDINARILY RACIST PLACE.AND YOU SHOULD BE CAREFUL BECAUSE THEY WON'T LIKE YOU.IF YOU'RE THE WRONG COLOR

It's a horrific situation. I put the owner at fault, but I don't blame him for doing it... It's Sunday noon, and I was strolling down Roosevelt Avenue. I guess taking a Sunday walk isn't usual anymore. So I must have looked incredibly unusual, smiling and singing to myself.While going through the winter clothing outside the store... i look up and a man is staring at me clearly and obviously doing whatever he thinks is theft prevention... So I smiled... I don't think he liked that. He asked me if I wanted to buy a sweatshirt.I asked if he had it in my size.Then, he wouldn't let me in the store... I asked why he refused to answer me. I then called To which, there was no verbal explanation of why they let me in, because it was 100% based on racial profiling... What a sad state of affairs when a smiling singing customer is the one you're suspect about... Your home business should be ashamed of yourselves.Then, no one anyway associated me will ever give you a penny

Terrible service the staff who are at the entrance is very rude they serve you reluctantly and fan things to you as if they don't count that for the customers they have to eat if I could I would give less than 1 star
