I have gotten a haircut from here before and it was everything I wished for. I came back recently and asked for the same thing; a v-cut, layers, and a short trim. Shirley did not ask to use the thinning shears on me, which made me very frustrated. I walked out of the salon feeling confident despite that interaction because it had looked good. After my shower, I had realized how uneven the cut actually was. I’m disappointed and plan on not returning.
