The service here is much quicker than other places I've been to. The store is small and can get crowded at times, best to avoid peak hours. They have a points system where you get labels for prescriptions you pick up there which you can later exchange for items at the store. The staff there speaks Cantonese, Mandarin and English (perhaps other languages as well).

They allowed one of the other customers (the woman in the picture) to skip me on the line. I will not go there to purchase anything anymore. I asked the cashier how long I have to wait, but she didn’t answer me. I want to give 0 star.

The workers here don't care about the customers and give terrible service. There's 5 of them but they keep chatting instead of helping me. All the people who arrive to the store after me leave before I do, and I ended up waiting 30 minutes but they didn't even say sorry for wasting my time. Instead, they showed me a long face. I am never coming back to this pharmacy again.

This pharmacy is not good. They don’t care about customers. Doors closed earlier than indicated. You can see all of them inside but no one care to answer the door. Thumbs down for the pharmacy.

The lady with the yellow hair discriminates against people based on their race or color. When I picked up my aunt's prescriptions, they gave her a coupon for a discount at the pharmacy whenever she wanted to exchange them. I exchanged my prescriptions for that pharmacy, but she told me she couldn't give me the coupon because it's only for certain insurance plans, and my aunt and I have the same health insurance. Just because I'm Latina with a Chinese last name.
