came to order business cards. until i said hello 3 times no one paid attention. people were sitting at computers and doing something. talking to me at the same time, they didn’t even look at me. the service level is zero. do not recommend

I requested to get business cards printed on a Friday and they told me they couldn't have them ready until next week Wednesday or Thursday. Honestly I already thought this was a generous timeline because I have had cards printed and ready in just a couple of days time at other printing services. I reached back out on Thursday for an update and they said they couldn't get it to me until Tuesday because of a holiday. I am a graphic designer by trade, and I think it's ridiculous that they clearly sat on this order and didn't even start on the printing... a project like this should only take a few hours at most. If I wanted to get my business cards weeks later I could've just ordered them from an online printing service. I will not be using this place again.
