First time patient after an ankle injury from soccer. Great experience. The staff is all very nice and helpful. I saw Dr. Formica. I found her to listen well, be thoughtful and caring, and generous with her time and explanations. I even called them after I left cause I forgot to ask one question and Dr Formica hopped on the phone and took the time to address it.

Dr Manouel is one of the best doctors I have ever seen. He is very kind, very educated. He make sure you will be fine. The team are so kind every single one. We all go there as a family, I had a bad back pain due to hernia and he treated me so well. My mom’s knee pain he made her well. He is one of the best doctors and I strongly recommend him for everyone. Thank u so much for all your wonderful service :)

Dr saw me in a short notice . Right away took X-ray in house and a quick diagnosis was done . Very pleased

Very horrible experience at even making first appointment. The phone reception was horrible. Doesn't want to hear and rude. Very unpleasant, unprofessional. So I didn't make an appointment. I find another good. I will never go there or recommend. If front end is like that, I am afraid of future entertainment from them.

Dr. Manouel is the worst of the worst according to my experience. I visited him last week because I have problems with my knee (R). Unfortunately, it was a really an expensive and bad experience. To begin with, I got a bunch of forms to fill out with my personal information that no one had the courtesy to look at it or even ask for the forms. On purpose, I placed them on top of a medical dispose bin located inside the examination room. I think it still there. I brought a CD with images of a MRI and the report. He insisted in taking RX of my knees. I am not a doctor but I think a MRI is more precise than Rx. Anyways RX were taken. I had to insist many times to him to look at the report and the images . He could not open the images on the cd . The internet is not working he said. Then the internet is working but he still not able to open the files. Then he said … The name of the place where the MRI was taken “they have the wrong app” . I am not a computer expert, but I am sure that he is the one who must have an application or program that allows him to open any kind of file that a patient brings to his office. He should not blame others because he doesn’t know how to open a cd. He barely examined my knee. He wanted to give a medication that I can tolerate. Then PRP was offered but I was not feeling confident at the place . He was coming in and out the examination room, taking care of different things. I was there paying for the consultation from my own pocket because my insurance just expired. He seems like he did not care about my issues. I never had an experience like this one before in my life. He make me feel like the only thing he wanted was my money. I didn’t like the people working there. I won’t go back to his place. I won’t recommend this place. I wish they give me my money back! It was a wasted time and money visiting him.
