Lily is very professional. I purchased a range hood, stove, and dishwasher from her a month ago. Just before the installation, I noticed that the range hood's packaging was torn. Although the product itself wasn't damaged, I couldn't get past it psychologically. I called Lily and asked if I could get a replacement with intact packaging. To my surprise, they sent someone to replace it the very next day. I had originally planned to return it myself, but my car was too small to fit the item. The delivery person was also very friendly. I'm truly, truly grateful to them because it had already been a month since the purchase, and I knew it would be difficult to fulfill such a request—but they made it happen. I highly recommend them.

They just installed heat pump units in my commercial space.. this was through con ed rebates.. Jesse was our rep.. the process can take a few month and Jesse communicated very efficiently. He touched base regularly and once approved expedited install. The technicians that were sent to install we very organized and completed the install in 1 day. They worked clean and cleaned up thoroughly before leaving.. very considerate to our shop while they were here.. I highly recommend this company!

Extremely disappointed with how AC Center handled a Con Edison rebate. They submitted a $50 “instant rebate” on my behalf without my knowledge or consent. Their invoice had no invoice number, no signature, and I never interacted with them directly—I worked solely with my installer and paid full price to my installer. Despite multiple emails, they never responded. When I called on the phone, the woman who answered said, “computers down.” Their lack of transparency cost me $4000 in lost rebate value. The rebate is supposed to be for $8000, but due to this $50 that I never received, Con Ed is lowering my rebate from $8000 to $4000. I’ve filed complaints with the BBB and NYS Department of Public Service. Avoid this supplier if you expect honesty or accountability.

Alert!!!!! After 5 years of 3 zone split unit installation MOLD grew into the one of the units. After inspection found out the original installation was definitively improper and directly caused the current issue, rather than normal wear and tear or other factors over time. Alex the contact person at this company referred me to the repair guy which told me to get this issue fixed the unit needs to be moved up closer to ceiling so the drain line will be able to get the water out. At the cost of $400. For something that was done wrong first time not following the manufacturer instructions.
