ACA Acupuncture & Wellness - Long Island City Athena

Went for my first acupuncture experience and it was amazing. Left feeling so relaxed and the staff was super friendly. Space is clean and a 5 minute walk from the E & 7 Court Sq station.

Visited ACA Acupuncture & Wellness at their Seven Long Island location today and it did not disappoint. From the moment I walked in, everyone was warm and welcoming. The space was clean, calm, and beautifully maintained. I had the Tuina massage, and it was amazing. The masseuse was very thorough. It was deep, intentional, and exactly what my body needed. I walked out feeling refreshed, relaxed, and lighter. I could literally feel the stress and tension leave my body. Helen was also very helpful and nice. Such a perfect way to start the year. First thing it's very bright and clean. Waiting area very nice and quiet. The massage was very good. Perfect amount of pressure and extremely relaxing. I also did acupuncture. The doctor was very knowledgeable and explains what she is doing and how it helps. The acupuncture brought my relaxation to a new level allowing me to feel the sensation flowing throughout my body. I would definitely recommend.

I had an amazing experience at ACA Acupuncture & Wellness. This was my first time ever doing acupuncture and she made it feel so relaxing and easy. I received my treatment from Helen Zheng, Helen walked me through everything, explained what she was doing, and really listened when I said I wanted to work on anxiety and nervous system regulation. She placed needles on my stomach, the crown of my head, and my calves. It was literally painless and surprisingly calming. Helen is so gentle and knowledgeable that I felt comfortable the entire time. I left the session feeling like my whole body just exhaled. The clinic itself is peaceful, super clean, and has such a calming vibe. I was offered tea and the receptionist was friendly and kind. I also got ear seeding afterward and it was so soothing! Even after one session, I felt a noticeable shift in my body and mind. If you’re a first-timer like me, this is 100% the place to go. I’m already looking forward to going back.
