Been coming since they open!! Everything super clean and new!!! And I use shree!!! The best of the best!!! Even the deep cleaning don’t hurt!!! NOW MY WHOLE FAMILY SWITCHED TO HER!! she is busy so book ahead!!!
This review not for the doctor but the assistant. She seemed nice but I think I was treated poorly because in the middle of my cleaning she was talking and not paying attention to the device she was holding in my mouth and then she left for a bit and left that thing in my mouth. I wonder how the doctor would let her do that in the middle of the procedure. However even she was there, she didn’t do a good job. Water was splashing all over my face. After it’s done, I asked her for a tissue she said the piece hanging on my front is tissue. I felt sorry for myself for not speaking up and let the situation slide.
Pricing was bad and rude. left in the middle of conversation. gave me different pricing every time when I talked to her for the same treatment. ask me to go with a new doc she got lately and pay more. she said I can go somewhere else if I rejected it. I said to her if you force me to do it I would not come here anymore, she just waive her hand and said " Just go" without even looking at me. So bad....
Horrendous experience time after time. I only kept coming because a friend of mine is a dentist here and my wife comes. As a entrepreneur myself I’m extremely disappointed in the way they conduct business. Shocking as you would think the doctors originating from Hong Kong would provide better service.

I am so angry at this dental practice. They are quick to collect money and delay service. I had the impression done in early March 2025. Two weeks later, I went back for the follow-up appointment and they told me that I haven't done the impression and I need to do it. The dentist remembered, but the back office staff neglected and dropped the ball. Because of this carelessness, more time is wasted. Time is money, and I seek restitution!
