I have been a customer of this auto shop over twenty years. They are very professional, honest and friendly. In old time, I used to go to some other auto shop and no mechanic would take their time to explain anything to me because I am a women. But Accua Auto shop is much better. Their owner Francis and team would answer all my question and concern every single time. Their service is good and promptly. Their pricing is very reasonable. In conclusion, they are the best.

Everyone was super helpful and nice, possibly my best experience with a mechanic ever. Ask for Cafe, he was so friendly and helpful. I went in with an issue with my brakes, they got everything figured out and changed the master cylinder, 1 caliper, 2 tires, and rear brake pads. The issue had been missed by previous mechanics and caused the master cylinder to lose pressure and my brakes were failing. So glad I brought my car here!!

Boss Francis and his staff are skillful, experienced and friendly. Great customer service and they take time to fix customer's car, also explaining the issues and solutions with efficiency. It's a hidden gem in the neighborhood !
