Doctor Cui is a great doctor he’s really patient and nice. Also he help me solved my problems. Highly recommend place!

Place is very accessible as they speak many languages, great customer service and the people working in the front are very patient and understanding.

came here early for an appointment (by 45min) and they were able to see me in 15min. the pa was also quite knowledgeable and was able to determine my status within 15min of me pointing out the potential issues that would need a biopsy!

This was a horrendous experience. The room was a mess and unsanitary. There was an open bottle of some kind of injection liquid and other tools and materials all over the place. This feels like a biohazard.

Met with nurse practioner K. Kinda felt she was dismissive about my hair loss. gave me the same advice I could find on the internet: she said it is stress related, go buy biotin or try buying 80$ monoxidil from us. Even though I told her I suspected my antidepressant might be the reason for hair loss, she dismissed the theory, told me it would be better I loose hair and keep taking it for my health. But in reality I could have been advised to switch meds instead! Bet she didn't think of that! Being dismissed is the worst experience for any patient. I would not go back.
