I am currently pregnant and I have been coming to Acupuncture Remedies for labor preparation. Already the administrative process (scheduling, insurance covering etc.) was super smooth and the team was very helpful and accommodating. The second I walked in, I felt very comfortable. I saw Karen from the beginning onwards and I absolutely love her. She is so kind and warm, very attentive and makes you feel totally at ease at all times. She explains everything she is doing and really makes sure that you are comfortable which is always important but especially when you are pregnant. I always feel extremely relaxed during and after my sessions and my baby - who wasn’t facing down before I started acupuncture - is with her head down now (which is absolutely amazing). I am extremely happy that I found Acupuncture Remedies and I am very grateful for Karen and the work she is doing on me. I can highly recommend.

They created a calm environment with an amazing heated table and the treatment was exactly what I needed. Iris really put me at ease and knows what she's doing. I hurt my arm during travel to nyc. A friend recommended Acupuncture Remedies which was not far from my hotel. They were able to accommodate me the next day with a session with Iris. She was very calm, thorough, and accurate and took her time with me.. After one visit I had tremendous relief and able to function much better during my stay. I also had relief in some ongoing arthritis I had not even brought up to her. Super grateful I took my friend’s referral seriously. .
