I had a great hands on energy work session with licensed acupuncturist Adam Barruch. He employed some light to moderate touch along the length of my spine, upper and lower extremities over a 30 minute session. I could not believe how refreshed and relaxed I felt afterwards. There was an incredible sense of calm as well as energy which flooded my body. My session was late in the afternoon and I had another 3 hours of work ahead of me. My energy was remarkably sustained throughout the rest of the week. This is an incredible stand alone treatment or one that could be accompanied by acupuncture. I cannot wait to experience it again.

Like many New Yorkers, I can struggle to fully relax, but Adam’s grounded presence, the calm and contained atmosphere, and the gentle treatment itself—light touch along the back and spine—made it possible to let go in ways I didn’t anticipate. His clear explanations and excellent, safe care created a space where I could release into deeper layers. I walked out feeling renewed and immediately wanted to recommend him to everyone I know. Edit: I was so blown away by this latest treatment that I neglected to mention Adam is ALSO an incredible acupuncturist. He brings the same calm, safe, grounded presence to his acupuncture work, paired with a rigorous attention to detail and an artist’s sensibility that I deeply appreciate.
