They made a correct diagnosis and rectified the problem at a reasonable fee. The efficiency and honesty are much appreciated.

I replaced a part here, but the installation was incomplete, with parts not properly secured, causing loud noises while driving and raising safety concerns. Customer service was also lacking when I pointed this out. I had to go somewhere else to fix it because I don’t trust their work. I recommend checking the work carefully before leaving, and I wouldn’t come here again. Those negative reviews are real.

I don’t normally write negative comments, but I feel compelled to warn others about this shop. The owner, Bobby, and the guy who handles insurance claims were incredibly dishonest. I paid over $1000 out of pocket for repairs on my vehicle, but when I came back to follow up on issues they didn’t fix, they claimed they didn’t even have my vehicle's repair history on file! To make things worse, the insurance guy hung up on me after saying he was trying to help!? What kind of customer service is that??

Got into an accident, the other party did paid for repairs, but as you can see .. the door is painted different shade of gray. i will not recommend this place for repair. too many people asked me what happen... Edit update on reply:(Jan 4,2023) If you guys did the job correctly, I would not have posted the review. The other party was the lady in the main office doing some paperwork and answering calls. She was the one who suggested that I come to your store for repair. I added 2 more pics one is where I got the address and the other is the guy fixing the car before the paint job was done.

All my wheels are ok but they try to scam me to replace all of then for four hundred bucks, I am glad I go to somewhere else.
