we have been filling our taxes here for years. Dawood is an excellent and brilliant person who knows his job the best. never had issues, he’s always there to help and that’s why we drive 3 hours to file our taxes with him.

I am their customer since 2008. As a business owner I am very satisfied with their job. They prepare my business and personal taxes also pays my taxes on my behalf. I had an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience with Advanced Accounting while filing my 2023 income taxes. I worked with Dawood Ali, who over-promises, changes his story, and ultimately botched my tax return in a way that has caused me ongoing headaches. Initially, Dawood estimated my return to be $11,000 based on all the information I provided upfront. However, when the actual return came back, it was only $4,000. Upon reviewing the details, I discovered that he had incorrectly filed me as Single instead of Married Filing Jointly. This error drastically reduced my tax return by more than 60%. To fix his mistake, Dawood filed an amendment, but shockingly, the amendment didn’t result in any adjustments to my return. I contacted the IRS directly, and they confirmed that no adjustment for the return amount had been included in the amendment, contradicting what Dawood told me. When I followed up with him, he insisted he had submitted everything correctly and needed to speak with the IRS. After weeks of no response, he finally got back to me, claiming that everything was accurate and I was only entitled to the reduced $4,000. His lack of accountability, consistent delays, and failure to provide clear explanations have made this an exhausting experience. It’s now almost tax season for 2024, and I am still waiting for him to clarify what went wrong. Save yourself the stress and avoid Advanced Accounting at all costs. This practice is unprofessional, unresponsive, and unreliable. Working with Dawood Ali has been nothing short of a nightmare.

I payed him twice to take care of my taxes and he doesn’t do your job and I called him about it he ignored me the whole month, I received a letter from the irs saying nobody is taking care of my taxes and these guys scammed my money! Do no go to them! I promise you he will one day scheme on you trust me on that
