It felt like I was being cared for and about and not just a number even though the visit and wait time is quick. I wish all doctors offices functioned this way. Forest hills office.

Always speedy to check in, easy to reschedule or call the office, prompt reminders of appointments, large availability. I can always trust that I will never be kept waiting too long here. Appointments are really a breeze! Staff and doctors are always super friendly and so sweet. They are so attentive and really listen to all your concerns and history to make sure they can assist accordingly. They were even quick registering my son for an appointment on the same day as mine while I was being seen! They are just so accommodating. I truly recommend this office to everyone in my family and all my friends!

The absolute best! I have been coming here for 4 years now. Dr. Wong has been the first dermatologist to help me stay consistent with my acne progress and is consistently improving my health! The Staff at Forest hills is always so welcoming, responsive and resourceful! Have recommended all my family to them !

I can’t say enough great things about this dermatology office! From the moment you walk in, you’re warmly greeted by Mayra and Maria at the front desk. They are incredibly kind, professional, and always go out of their way to make patients feel comfortable and taken care of. Jennifer is absolutely outstanding. She is attentive, thorough, and extremely knowledgeable about all types of skin conditions—whether it’s for kids or adults. I have trusted her with my family’s care and always feel confident in her recommendations. She truly listens, explains everything clearly, and makes sure you leave with answers and a plan.

I have to say, based on my multiple visits to this clinic, I'd have to be *VERY* unlucky to have the experience I had if the 5-star reviews were true. First of all, every time I went, I had to wait a long time - the first visit being the "shortest", 45 min. The last two times was close to an hour, only to see the PA for less than 10 min. It's very hard not to feel that the clinic only values their own time and not the patients' when this happens every time... The very last visit was 5 min of the PA seeing me but also running around to see another patient in the meantime. Plus another 2 min to perform a procedure before rushing out the room. When I managed to squeeze in a question to ask (was super difficult to ask her questions), the way she answered made me feel like she didn't want to be in the room with me for another second. The whole experience was just the definition of what it means to be unwelcomed. And guess what? For this unwelcomed patient, they charged $203.40 for a "20 min" office visit and $258 for the extremely rushed procedure. Even after insurance my bill came out to be over $300... Needless to say, I haven't gone back to this clinic ever since but if you'd like to give it a try, good luck!
