All the personnel in nyc office are kind and very helpful. Dr Ko is a wonderful Dr. He listens carefully to your concerns and explains all choices available to the patient. He goes an extra mile to take care of his patients. Overall they have high professionalism, ethic and standards in this office.

My mother Yan Ming had Lasik surgery over a year and a half ago from another clinic and was suffering from constant teary and dry eyes, as well as swelling and irritation. Her previous doctor could not figure out why for over a year, or maybe he just didn’t care enough. After months and months of different medication my mother decided to see Dr. Alice Hong. She was able to help my mother after a long battle with recovery after Lasik. My Mom says Dr. Hong was extremely attentive, compassionate, hardworking, and listened to her concerns. And finally after a year and half of suffering my mom is finally at ease again. Thank you so much Dr. Hong! You’re amazing and wish you the best in all your endeavors!

The doctors at the Flushing location are great. The front office staff and those that answers the phone are RUDE and HORRIBLE. The management needs to train these people. It's a turn Off. First impression counts. The front office sets the tone for the entire team. My doctors there are great, but I dread interacting with the front.

I am writing from a burner email. I went to the Chinatown office in May 2023. The Doctor was nice and the front desk was nice. It was a pleasant experience until I received a bill one year later in May 2024. I paid in cash for my visit and was told the upfront cost would cover the entire visit including services for contact prescription and eye exam. However, this year, I received a bill for the said services that I paid for the year earlier. When I went to the office in person to ask, the front staff were very evasive and did not clarify the charges. When I asked to see the manager MARIA, I was redirected to 4 different people before being told that the manager was busy. I waited and was told the manager MARIA left 30 minutes earlier. I left my number for them to call, only to never receive a call. This office does not get back to you for billing issues and promises one thing then claims your insurance. I now have to pay $400 when I was told it would be $150 in total. Again, I visited in 2023 and only received the bill 2024. They claimed my insurance within 3 months of my visit, but waited a year to send me the bill. The front staff were extremely unhelpful when I went to ask about the bill and with a year between the visit and bill, it became a game of remembering what happened and disputing verbal promises. Highly do not recommend this Chinatown Office!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I saw the doctor on 1/14/2024 for the first time. The office ask me to paid deposit for $250 before seeing the doctor, because of my insurance with high deductible. On 3/14/24 I email copy of EOB to the office asking refund. After two weeks still no answer about my refund. I have been calling on 3/31/24,4/4/24,4/10/24,5/10/24,5/17/24,5/20/24 & 5/31/24 and emstill no answer, said will back to let you know. But never received any phone call from the office. I ask to speak to manager on all those phone calls, but never able to.
