The team at Advanced Eye Physician were awesome, especially Nicole Chen. Nicole is incredibly friendly and efficient! She explained everything clearly, fixed my issue quickly, and went above and beyond. Highly recommend Nicole for new glasses frame.

So glad I found this office. Got scratched in the eye and had to be seen immediately and was lucky enough to find this office to be open on Sunday. The front desk was very professional and caring when they heard about the scratch and made the effort to squeeze me in when someone had a last minute cancellation, so gratefully I got checked the same day. Dr Tsai was very nice and resolved the problem and I will be returning for a comprehensive eye exam. The staff also speak English/Cantonese/mandarin and will work with you to make sure you’re taken care of, so definitely recommend this office.

What an amazing place! I slept in my contacts accidentally and developed a corneal ulcer, which needs immediate attention. They work so hard and are one of the only places open on a Sunday, which is when I needed help! Dr. Tsai has incredible bedside manner, and she carefully explained to me the treatment process and prescribed what Id need so I would have it ready within the hour! Thinking of now making this my regular optician and place for glasses/contacts as everyone seemed very pleased!

The wait time was extremely long just to see the doctor for a few minutes—with a nasty, apathetic attitude on top of it. The whole experience was very stressful and unpleasant. Wouldn’t recommend, management really needs some work.

This eye clinic provided one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Due to work emergencies, I had to cancel two appointments and called ahead to reschedule. They demanded a $75 penalty for each cancellation, despite never informing me of this policy in advance. Even worse, the receptionist spoke to me in a condescending and disrespectful tone, as if scolding a child. When I expressed my concerns and asked to cancel future appointments, they rudely hung up on me. This is absolutely unacceptable behavior from a medical provider. I strongly advise others to reconsider before choosing this clinic.
