Advanced Pediatrics PC

I have to leave on the review after today’s appointment with my kid. My son was having we are breathing and a croup cough. My son is too. Dr Sabogal did not let me leave without my child until my child was stable. He even gave me a number where I could contact him if anything happens to Him he was very, very helpful and so was the other nurse who was helping I truly appreciate this clinic and I always recommend them! Muchas gracias Doctor por todo!

We love this place. I’m we are very happy every time we have an appointment here. Drs and the entire staff are very kind and professional.

I've been bringing my two daughters since they were about 9 yrs old. The staff is very helpful and accommodate our appointnents to our schedule needs. The doctors are caring and are great about following if I request a phone call regarding any health concerns. We are very happy to have Dr. Sabogal and Dr. Montevirgen as our pediatricians!

Horrible experience. I had an appointment at 1:45 so I Decided to arrive at 1:30 . Unfortunately there was no Greeting, just a paper with a pen to sign in. Where is the hospitality now ? Zero Customer service. I told her we have an appointment she says”well you’re going to have to wait” so I waited to see a nurse after 1 hour she says “why are you here”? My thought is if I am at a professional office you would know why I am here. This team needs more structure ! The employees are rude unfortunately more clients need to speak up. To be honest working for the public is hard and if you’re not built for it please choose a different profession. The Doctor was Nice but the staff needs change! Wow I was able to leave at 3:33

This office deserves less than 1 star. The receptionists have a horrible snarky attitude every time I have gone in here. They are not helpful and are very unclear about what they need the patient to do, on top of that, the Doctor lied about what he told me on the phone. They never go by appointments either, horrible office and very unprofessional do not come here.
