I am writing this review late as Advantage Realty has sold our house two years ago. Our family has known them for 30 years. They are the kindest most gentle people around. They are not your usual agents. They are not pushy one bit and will not try to sell your house just to make a commission. Their family are all doctors, scientists and professors. They do not need real estate to support themselves, they are doing us a huge favor. They are our life long friends and we recommend them without any hesitation as the best office we know.

The beeping outside your store even during business hours does immediate damage to ear lobes. Please turn that off. No it’s not from anything peeing, that technology doesn’t exist. It’s a motion sensor. I just walked by yesterday (3 months after original review) it’s still on, it’s insane. There is no such technology as a urination detecting beeping, that response is false. I walk by all the time this happens because of a motion detector. Turn it off!
