AdvantageCare Physicians - Elmhurst Medical Office

Over the past year I have been going to Advantage Care and I really like it. Advantage Care offers everything under one roof, including blood work, gynecology, eye vision, etc. Even though you have to call or visit the clinic after your visit, you can find out your results using their app unless you have any serious medical conditions.

Front desk has a mean old spanish lady who was rude and impatient. The medical staff was kind and knowledgeable.

I am writing to express my concerns about the service I have consistently received at your clinic. Specifically, I have observed a recurring issue where patients’ time is not adequately respected, leading to prolonged waiting periods and scheduling inefficiencies. Additionally, I have encountered two staff members who appear similar in appearance—both wearing glasses and braided hair—whose interactions with patients, have been notably discourteous. Their demeanor lacks the professionalism and hospitality expected in a healthcare setting, which has made my visits uncomfortable.

My mother went for an appt here. This people do not explain any of the forms you are signing. Truly front desk people do not want to work. Also gave her visit summary of someone else. This people who work in reception truly do not want to work there. Have no sense of awareness. Violate hippa and standard protocols for working in an medical office setting. Medical assistant another one who isn’t professional at all. I thought that by now and in such a nice place someone would know what they are doing. Making fun of patients and criticizing anyone that walks in also.

I gave one star because i have to, otherwise i would not even give one. Doctors are not train well enough, the nurses are more capable and reliable. Went because I had asthma and I need to start a treatment and the "doctor" just prescribe the same inhaler i have been using for years and obviously is not making me feel any better. Waste my time... so annoyed
