The Forrest hill’s location is wonderful, very friendly atmosphere, my Dr. & her team are very helpful. I’ve been coming here for years & always have a good experience, from primary care to gyn & radiology.. I love this location

Went there for an appointment I urgently made. When I finally saw the doctor, she asked expected questions. They swabbed my nose, and told me to wait for results. Sat there for nearly 30 minutes for results that should have taken no more than 15 mins. The nurses never returned, I opened the exam room door to make them aware that I was in the room. The doctor walks past the door and looked surprised, which indicates they forgot about me. She walks back in to let me know what the results were, then asked the same questions she asked initially. Then seemed slightly annoyed with a mix of confusion as she made guesses on what to prescribed for the symptoms. In the end I felt like I wasted my time, and got no help. Not the first time I’ve felt this way with advantage. I will definitely not be returning.

I visited this site on May 1st for an ear issue as my primary care doctor was out on leave. Today I was informed by my primary care doctor that the physician at this location billed me for a physical. A physical was never done at the time of my visit not even blood work. I am in shock and disgusted that they would bill as if they did a physical. I now have to wait a year before doing a physical with my doctor and will never return to this location. If you visit this location beware and check what you were billed for by the providers.

Today my husband went for his 10: 45 am appointment, But doctor came in at 12 pm. And for cholesterol blood test They asked 2500 usd . This is enough not to go there again!!!!

Honestly, very terrible service. I went there for A pregnancy appointment and it was horrible. I came in 10 minutes early. I wasn’t seeing until an hour later. They literally seemed like they do not know what’s going on nor do they communicate amongst one another as staff members. This is my first pregnancy so of course I’m a bit nervous when I call to try to make an appointment or ask questions I can never get an answer from the office nor the doctor even if I send a message through the portal I never get anything back. I would definitely not advise this office. Also, the receptionist are very rude. You walk in and it’s just full of attitude if you don’t like your job leave. On top of that, the bathroom is disgusting whether it be the patients that come in or not. The bathroom should not look like that. They also overbooked patients and when you come in, you’re there for unexpected time but they’re calling everyone else ahead of you while your time has already passed. this is honestly one of the most unprofessional medical officers I’ve ever been to and it’s like they just don’t care. Honestly, they’re very lucky. Nobody has reported them to the Better Business Bureau as of yet because God forbid something was wrong with somebody during their pregnancy and they’re trying to get an emergency appointment but because they’re so irresponsible, you can’t even get a callback until five days later.
