I can’t say enough amazing things about this nail salon! Lola is truly the best—she’s so talented, gentle, and detail-oriented. Every time she does my manicure and design, it turns out absolutely perfect. The quality is incredible; my gel manicure lasts a full month with no chips at all! The salon is clean, relaxing, and the service is always outstanding.

I came to Affina Nail to get my wedding nails done, and they absolutely exceeded every expectation. Iris was so gentle, detailed, and patient, making sure everything looked perfect for my big day. My nails turned out stunning—exactly what I wanted and even better in photos. Thank you!

The service is always friendly and quick even as a walking customer. The nails are always long lasting! I do think the nail art can be a hit or miss depending on the nail tech. But overall I recommend this place. I usually get gel manicures. I don’t think they’re exactly upfront with pricing, but it’s never been unreasonable.

As you come up in the door of Affina you receive a warm greeting. I had been looking for a nail place for a while when I found Affina nail spa. Other nails spas might not explain the difference in nail styles and give prices with patience. I’m usually indecisive, so I need a lot of explaining and they explained everything and let me look at the nail colors over and over. What I like about this nail spa is the attention to detail. Has every experience been great? No. Depending on the nail tech. Don’t get someone in “training”, bc I have had a nail tech here that was in “training” and got very frustrated with me when I was trying to explain to her that the something was off. But the ones that are good are very good and get the shape, color and look that you want. I’ve had Allison and she was great and very friendly and patient. I’ve been to so many other nail places and there is most definitely a different in technique and look. I have had many pleasant nail experiences here compared to other places. That being said, It is in downtown Manhattan, In the City Hall area and it is $$$.
