Alex suggested what we wanted, how we wanted and for the price we liked from the first attempt. Of course, it was just his experience, but it felt like he could read our minds. Everything was perfect for the price we could afford. It was first time we traveled to Hawaii so we did not know much and his schedule for us and his advices were welcome. The only little thing i would change: on the way home, 2 hours in Honolulu airport between flights from Maui to New York was barely enough, almost did not make it.

After I answered to several questions like where I was going, when, for how long and etc. it took the agent 5 min to offer me a ticket that I could not imagine existed. All my conditions were satisfied.and the price that I would not dare even to dream about. When I learned that the agency’s fee was already included in the cost of the ticket I was pleasantly surprised.
