Hi. I am not here to review anything. I want to apologize to this facility for using their Wi-Fi (twice) to play the Roblox platform game, and for giving a tutor the cookies. Especially, the messes (prior to today). Sorry about that. Thank you.

This school have a comfortable, clean and safe environment. All the teachers are professional, patient, and responsible. My kids goes there after school and they absolutely love being there. Their school grades improved tremendously as well. I am very satisfied with this Tutor Center. There re always heat in the winter.

This tutoring center is a complete joke and should not be trusted with anyone’s education. The staff are unprofessional, disorganized, and clearly don’t care about the students. Sessions felt rushed and pointless, with tutors who seemed unprepared and uninterested in actually helping. Communication was awful, expectations were unclear, and nothing about this place felt supportive or effective. For the amount of money they charge, the quality is embarrassing. This center does more harm than good, and unless serious changes are made, it honestly shouldn’t be open. Do yourself a favor and look somewhere else.

I have to start off by saying that this is the worst tutoring center I’ve ever seen. The owner Sophie is disrespectful, nasty, and rude. All she cares about is money and will go as far squeezing kids into a tight room to maximize profit. No one working there is qualified. The worst part is she’s stingy and cheap and dirty and she makes the workers clean up after the dirty kids. It’s sad that I have to write this but it needs to be said. The truth has to be let out. She can no longer get away with this the way she treats people is like they are nothing more than human assets. To make things worse the kids on the upper floor share one bathroom and what makes it all the more disturbing is that they are in sixth and seventh grade!!!! Sixth and seventh grade boys and girls sharing a bathroom is wrong. This place needs to and will be reported.

This learning center is shockingly dirty and feels completely unsafe. For the amount they charge, the results are mediocre at best — absolutely not worth the risk or the money.
