I had a great experience at this prep! My tutor taught me many English concepts, which benefited me greatly for the SHSAT. This allowed me to receive a score of 301 on my ELA component of the test, leading me to an offer from Stuyvesant! AimPlus also has tutors that can help revise essays, which I utilized for the essay component of my Townsend Harris application and I was able to receive an offer there too. Overall, AimPlus is a great place to get prep from, and I highly recommend coming here even if you need general prep.

My son attended the 1-on-3 small group tutoring sessions, and we saw a clear improvement in his English section. The teacher is very patient, professional, and supportive, and my son truly enjoyed the classes. After each lesson, the teacher also provides a very detailed class review, which helps parents stay informed and follow up effectively at home. Principal Lin is not only elegant and kind, but also incredibly caring and dedicated. She always takes the time to patiently answer parents’ questions and help ease our concerns. Thanks to their support, my child has now been admitted to his dream high school.
